Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a business development role and possess the ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with clients and key partners - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors - Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure success - Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
