Job Description - Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive

Eir evo / itContracting are expanding and due to this growth, we are currently looking for Business Development Executive with a proven record of success with either agency, orin house talent acquisition, with 3-5 years experience.This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional wishing to develop their career in a challenging and extremely rewarding environment. This is a hybrid role and wehave offices in Dublin, Cork and Waterford.

This role is permanent focused on generating new business sales opportunities, i.e. identifying new clients and from legacy customers who are advertising for technical staff and then to work with a recruiter to fill that position.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background on developing and engaging with an existing and dormant client base.

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as an influencer, using your communication skills to generate demand for Eir evo / itContracting solutions. You will engage potential customers using both inbound and outbound business development techniques to proactively match our talent team to their recruitment challenges.
  • Cold calling and building relationships
  • Internal stakeholder management to ensure full transparency on engaging existing clients of Eir evo, to consider Eir evo / itContracting as a preferred talent partner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent record/note taking and uploading to relevant internal portals such as an ATS system
  • Strategic approach to sales and market segmentation
  • Analyse customer needs in terms of current business challenges.
  • Design and create influence maps by identifying the right persons.
  • Help customers unlock the potential of their business by developing meaningful talent conversations.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role
