Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager proficient in both German and English, you will play a pivotal role in engaging effectively at all organizational levels, including the C-Suite. We are seeking an individual with robust business acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills. Your ability to seamlessly communicate in both languages is crucial for fostering meaningful connections with our diverse client base.

Your role as an Enterprise Client Success Manager is pivotal in proactively managing key client relationships, including high-profile and high-revenue merchants.

This role is not just about support; it's about being a proactive partner, driving mutual success and fostering long-term, thriving relationships with our valued merchants.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• 2 years plus of experience within a customer success/client relationship management
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
• Strong Relationship Management Skills
• Preferred but not necessary: strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast-paced target-oriented environment
