Capability Development group facilitates capabilities upskilling for field and commercial functions across the globe, through delivery of projects and initiatives in collaboration with global, regional and local teams.This person will work directly with internal clients and business leaders within Novartis, supported by Capability Development group lead and team, to deliver projects in collaboration with other colleagues in GBS and Data&Products Group. This individual will also support in project proposals creation, building process documentation and knowledge repositories. Expertise and a track record of delivering commercial excellence and capability development projects in a complex environment is a key asset vital for success.
Major Accountabilities
At least 10 years of experience in Field Force skills and Capabilities development or related experience
Experience in facilitating functional workshops
Experience in designing upskilling programs for sales/ marketing/ medical
Experience in working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment
Should be customer oriented and able to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making
Should have an understanding of pharmaceutical business
Strong critical thinking with problem solving approach
MS suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Training Skills, Coaching the Coach Certification are a plus
Marketing/Sales experience in Healthcare / Pharma related business.
Languages :
Full proficiency in English and German and preferably another Major European language .
