Corporate/M&A/Commercial Solicitors – Expressions Of Interest

We are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious  Corporate/Commercial Solicitors  looking for a change or to advance their career by making a lateral move in Corporate. There has never been a better time to make a move.

Firms will also consider qualified Corporate/Commercial Solicitors currently In-House, Foreign Qualified Solicitors, Foreign Qualified Lawyers, EU Registered Lawyers looking to transition back and accelerate their career.

Ideally you will have experience in all or some of the following;

• Corporate/Commercial Solicitors will ideally have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years PQE and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
• Those with relevant Corporate/Commercial experience looking to move back from In-House/Industry.
• Experience in M&A / Cross-Border M&A and Private Equity Deals
• Experience in corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, venture capital and private equity.
• Experience in shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate structures and company law.
• Exits including trade sales, mergers and IPOs.
• Seed capital and growth financing rounds.
• Corporate re-organisations/re-structuring’s
• Corporate governance
• Excellent technical and drafting skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
