Delivery Executive Aeven Customer Success 

We are looking for an experienced Deliver Executive to join our leadership team in Aeven Customer Succes. You will join our management team, lead our delivery teams and be responsible for the successful delivery to customers in the Finance & Life Science segment. 

Joining Aeven you will be part of an informal organization dedicated to delivering critical infrastructure in Denmark and the rest of the world. We support and care for each other and where we manage to balance the informal and a good sense of humor with focus and a strong work ethic. 

Your responsibilities   

As Delivery Executive you are Aevens face towards the customer and as such you must be a strong representative for our values, services, and deliveries. Through your professionalism and ability to create trust and relationships, you will become a strong strategic business partner for our customers.

You will lead a team of highly skilled colleagues and with them ensure that you all work together to ensure a high-quality delivery to our customers. You will handle the day-to-day management and motivation of your team and be involved in leading the direction and journey for the delivery function towards an even more strategic role.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Overall responsible for the contract and delivery of same.
• Overall responsible for delivery team that handle daily operation. 
• Maintain a high satisfaction level from both the customer and internally in the customer team.
• Handle relations as the customer's point of contact on an executive level.
• P&L responsible
• Ensure improvements by customer focused services and deliveries.
• Lead in the development of customer engagements and onboarding of new clients.
• Lead up sale and bids on existing customers.
• Engage and participate in CS leadership team.
• Ensure stakeholder management in Aeven

Your qualifications and experience   

• You have a relevant higher education preferably a master’s degree. 
• You must speak Danish fluently. 
• You have several years of proven experience from a similar role, and you know what it takes to develop client relationships from a strategic view.
• You have experience as a people manager.
• You must have experience or a thorough understanding of IT operations. 
• Be ITIL certified – or have worked according to ITIL for some years.

You exhibit strong leadership skills and possess an outstanding ability to manage customer relations, negotiate, build, motivate, and develop people in a cross divisional matrix organization.

You are an outstanding relationship builder, and you communicate well with all levels of an organization. You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are a team player who sees the bigger picture and can complete tasks and create results. You are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed sense of humor and do your outmost to contribute to the great atmosphere in the office.
