Job Description: Industry: Machinery/Equipment Function: Sales Director Location: Europe, detailed address: base in France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, etc. - Achieve sales targets by focusing on designated key clients and implementing sales activities. - Identify client decision-making processes and establish and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders at different levels within the client organization. - Discover client needs and transformation opportunities through visits and on-site inspections. - Organize professional sales activities, such as demonstrations and seminars, providing valuable solutions. Address client complaints and collaborate with the service and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Maintain daily activities of the regional key account team to ensure sales/market share targets and maximize company profitability. - Enhance brand image in the market; closely cooperate with the global key account team to implement global key account strategies. Work with the finance department to improve accounts receivable and overdue accounts. - Continuously improve necessary skills; undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the Vice President of International Operations Headquarters (IOHQ). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher. - Experience: At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in mining equipment or mechanical industries, with experience in high-end brand sales. - Knowledge: Mechanical or commercial knowledge, computer skills are essential. - Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). - Characteristics: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric, proactive, influential, planning and organizational abilities, self-learning capability, problem-solving skills, self-management, and initiative. - Based in France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, or other locations in Europe; 1 position available.
