Role Overview

We are seeking an M365 Technical Consultant experienced in M365, Power Platform, Azure and SharePoint online development. This role requires solution design experience and a willingness to take the lead client engagements through consulting, discovery and engaging in sales presentations (Pre-Sales) for solutions product/project demos across M365 Apps and Power Apps solutions.

The M365 Technical Consultant will have a growth mindset and strive for excellence both for their projects and their colleagues with a lasered client centric focus . As an M365 Technical Consultant , you will have proven experience working with Microsoft 365 with an aptitude for Cloud based solutions, specifically Power Platform. You will have proven experience designing solutions that work with Power Platform Environments, Canvas Apps, Flows, the Dataverse, PowerShell, SharePoint, DevOps Boards and Pipelines.

This role will report directly to the Modern Workplace Team Lead and will work closely with Clients, Team Leads, Technical Consultants, Resource Managers and Developers across the business to ensure practice goals and objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the Role

· Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Power Platform Environments and Microsoft 365.

· Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.

· Identify areas and processes where Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

· Developing Apps using Power Platform environments, Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI Reports.

· Working on SharePoint Online

· Contribute to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

Technical Requirements of the Successful Candidate

·3+ years building solutions on the Power Apps and Power Platform (Apps, Flows, Power BI, Virtual Agents)

· Azure DevOps pipelines experience

· Experience with Copilot studio would be beneficial

· Development experience on SharePoint Online

· Software development experience with .NET, SpFx, React and/or Angular would be considered advantageous

· Strong experience working in all project life-cycles

· Be willing to get creative and innovative on solutions and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear

· Business systems analysis and support experience

· Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.

· Proficient creating PowerShell scripts.

· Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

· Proficiency with continuous integration tools and techniques with Azure DevOps

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
