The Role:

We now have a vacancy for a Night Auditor to join our team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will assist in leading the night team, and will play a pivotal role in the success of the night department and the safety of hotel during the night time, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring all Night Guest Service Assistants are fully trained to deliver a unique experience and able to carry out their duties to the required standard.
• Ensuring all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Maximising revenue, through training and up selling, including the efficient recording of sales.
• Closing off the shifts and completing the Night Audit for the property.
• Ensuring the team are fully aware of any hotel updates, hotel/brand promotions, corporate promotions or special activities going on in the hotel/area.
• Practice tight control on all stock and products.
• Ensuring all cashiering procedures are in line with company standards, and tight control is maintained on same.
• Ensuring the night team are fully trained to deal with any challenges or emergency situations that may occur during the night time.
• Liaising closely with all hotel team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Ensuring all night time tasks are completed including Food & Beverage service and cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year previous experience as Receptionist/Night Auditor.
• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• 100% computer literacy, to include Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc).
• Property Management System.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience of managing a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and Dublin City Centre.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.

Please note that this position requires the candidate to work a night time roster from 11pm until 7.30am, spanning any 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends.
