Pre-sales Technical Support

Job Description:
1.Connect with domestic R&D, familiar with and master new product technology and functions, prepare pre-sales training technical data.
2.Responsible for pre-sales technical support and service guarantee in Europe, and carry out corresponding technical and product training.
3.Standard Japanese brand products, sort out pre-sales training process and methods to ensure professional training and training results.
4.Monthly output branch level training to ensure branch training effect.
5.Take the lead in improving the technical information of European LCAC and RAC product lines, and improve the professional technical information of European AC products combined with the actual situation of the European market.
6.Participate in product planning, connect with European branches, international marketing headquarters and domestic R&D to ensure the landing of new product planning. Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in refrigeration and air conditioning, thermal energy and power engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical automation, measurement and control technology and instruments.
2.More than 3 years experience in air conditioning pre-sales technical support is preferred.
3.Understand the current situation and development trend of the European air conditioning industry, with excellent project management and communication skills.
4.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
5.Strong problem solving skills and data-driven decision-making methods.
6.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
7.Japanese brand VRF or LCAC product technical support experience is preferred.
8.Fluent in English and a second foreign language (Italian, Spanish or German).
