We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to be a trusted advisor to ERS customers, responsible for building and maintain ing long-term profitable relationships . Reporting to Head of ERS , o the r highlights include:
New business
Sales strategy development & execution
RFI end to end owner ship
I dentifying new opportunities in both existing and complementary sector s
Support bid process including application, fulfilment, demos and pricing
Proactive development of sales pipeline
Strategic Account management
Business development with e xisting customers , identifying upsell opportunities
Customer relations hip management
Gauging and supporting on customer satisfaction including e xecute Customer Survey biannually
Develop strong dynamic with internal service fu nction
Market insights
Uncovering and consistently sharing i ndustry and sector intel to further inform business and product strategy
Active engagement with product management function to inform problem or opportunity-oriented roadmap . Through account management and new business responsibilities d ocument and provide input int ernally on c ustomer trends and demands
Author marketing material such as white papers sharing trends and subject matter expertise to further develop ERS’ position in the market
Conference attendance, present ERS, generate leads, build relationships
What you’ll need:
10+ years of sales and business development experience in the Tech industry , providing direct support to customers during and post-imp lem entation .
Ability to translate technical and business requirements and adjust communication approach depending on audience.
Strong technical and product background .
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with the customer leading to a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships to support the delivery and implementation while enhancing the customer experience across all touch points .
Experience showcasing products and services as a strategic fit for customers through sales presentation development and delivery, conferences and networking events .
Experience selling an evolving product – understanding the value of what we have and we are building as opposed to selling what we don ’t have
Ability to capture and identify integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements .
Available to travel to visit clients and attend conferences
