Role:Senior Sales Assistant with Keyholder Duties

Location: Ennis, Co. Clare

Contract: Permanent 35 - 39 hours per week

Hours rostered Monday to Sunday

About You:

You will lead by example by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

You will also:

• Be responsible for the opening and closing of the store.
• Processing deliveries - checking in, ensuring paperwork is correct, following up on any discrepancies.
• Cash processing - closing out tills at end of shift, preparing lodgement for the bank.
• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maximise the sales potential of the store and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
