Role Overview:  We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Accommodation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accommodation management and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring the highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accommodation Manager in daily operations and supervision of staff.
• Train, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and room readiness.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Accommodation Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
