Our Client a brand expert based in Dublin 6 a leading requires a Business Director. They need are looking for a real leader, a superstar, a partner!

Position Overview:

As Business Director, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, managing projects and campaigns, and leading a team of talented professionals to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, leadership skills, and a relentless drive to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Utilise your deep marketing expertise to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive results for our clients.

Lead client engagements from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the senior point of contact for clients and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

Leverage your analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.

Develop compelling presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate our strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients.

Act as a mentor and leader to Accounts Team, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to help them grow and succeed.

Drive new business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles, preferably in an agency with some digital experience or similar environment.

Experience managing a sales/accounts team.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, project management, and digital channels.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and engage audiences effectively.

Strong analytical skills and a high level of numeracy, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.

Proven track record of success in winning new business and driving revenue growth.

Highly tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Positive energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.

Natural leadership abilities, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.

Ambitious mindset, with a passion for personal and professional growth.
