Digital Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
Dublin

Own Transport Needed

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Sales Executive for our client based in North Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, Identify and drive new opportunities across different industry segments with a digital approach.
  • Research, Identify and manage leads and action plans within a defined digital sales and marketing lifecycle.
  • Ensure that your pipelines mature through digital interactions and campaigns.
  • Forecast and deliver on your targets with full support of the team.
  • Manage the digital sales cycle from initial enquiry stage through to after sales support.
  • Conduct lead verification, customer need analysis and sales approach through phone calls, followed up by email/whatsapp/other forms of outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal team members and overseas departments to ensure customers needs are met.
  • Developing quotes, proposals and presentations as required.
  • Present sales reports to management on a routine basis.
  • Regular update and maintenance of accurate customer information, quotations and sales opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Use and maintain our marketing and sales management platforms.

Qualifications & Desirable Experience:

  • Experience of working in a digital sales environment, being self-motivated and target driven.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including CRM suites, MS Office suite, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone with cold & warm leads as needed.
  • Must be able to deal with key stakeholders of all levels and industries – Business owners, Managing Directors, Engineering Managers/Staff, Floor Staff, Retail Managers etc.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and sales conditions within set parameters, agreed with Country Manager.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with autonomy.
  • Works as part of a team.
  • Full clean Irish drivers licence.
