Director of Nursing

We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing to be a part of our energetic team here at Right at Home.

Job Summary

• To develop programs, evidence based practice and policies
• Conducting internal audits and report on home KPI’s
• To provide ongoing training and development of staff
• Develop Information governance training material and distribute across the organisation

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Possess excellent attention to detail, empathy and client facing skills
• Minimum 5 years management elderly care experience
• Have a third level degree in Nursing
• Be registered and active with the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
• Have a 3 rd level healthcare management qualification
• Knowledge of the homecare industry
• Previous experience with working alongside HIQA
