Front Office Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Manager for our client, a 4-star hotel in Co. Waterford, Ireland.

Candidate information/requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven work experience in a similar role
• Must be able to design and deliver well-structured, interactive, and inspirational training sessions
• High level of competency using the HotSoft management system
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations, technology products, and services
• An advanced level of English is required

About the job:

• Permanent, full-time position
• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation free of charge. Utilities are paid extra
• Salary after tax in Ireland for this Front Office Manager role will be between 2.467 €to 2.767 €net per month (35.000 €to 40.000 €gross; before tax, per year) for 40 hours per week
• Salary is paid weekly
• Your duties will be: reporting to Room Division Management, responsible for leading and developing the Front of House, implementing continuous improvement plans, engaging with guests and ensuring the efficient running of the department, and achieving business goals
