Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the delivery of effective HR support and guidance
• Maintain strong lines of communication and develop links with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure regular and proactive employee engagement in all areas of the organisation
• Promote a harmonious working environment based upon the building blocks of the company’s vision and values
• Manage the recruitment process and on-boarding plan for all new employees
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 3rd level qualification in HR, Business or related discipline, CIPD an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ general experience at senior or standalone level
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced operational HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, Irish legislation and best practice
