The Role & Responsibilities

In this role you'll be, managing multiple clients' PPC accounts, leading the way on campaigns, tracking, analytics and reporting. Our Digital Performance Director will be there to support you, but we trust you to lead the charge and keep great results coming in. The role is best suited to someone with a strong PPC background.

• Search Campaigns
• Planning strategies and approaches for new and current client accounts across a range of industries and offerings primarily in both lead generation and online sales.
• Managing paid search performance campaigns on Google & Bing for multiple clients.
• Running campaigns day to day including; overseeing & optimising campaigns, keyword & audience research, forecasting & managing budgets, ad copywriting & guiding creative, generating reports and presenting to clients.
• Staying up to date with new trends in the PPC space, including exploring the newest tools such as new AI tools & new platforms.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Developing KPIs and targets for PPC campaigns to meet client goals.
• Educating & guiding the agency’s clients about marketing metrics and analytics.
• Setting up tracking for search & social campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, along with the necessary pixels and tags.
• Building KPI Dashboards using Looker Studio, monitoring results via the dashboards and on-platform analytics, and reporting regularly to clients on the results.
• Write case studies on key accounts to help the agency promote your work.
• Client & Agency Support
• Provide support on client relationships, attending meetings, answering queries and serving as a point of contact for clients on queries about your work.
• Meet with clients regularly to explain their campaign results, discuss new campaign ideas and provide general support on their accounts.
• Assist in the development of new pitches, and developing new proposals to grow client accounts and campaigns.
• Help the agency grow by providing a great service to clients and considering new and innovative services the agency could provide for clients.
• Assist the agency on a wide range of projects when needed.
• Keep the wider team up to date with new and interesting finds in your work.
• Join in on agency activities such as lunches, nights out and team activities.
• Add variety to our office speakers by adding your tunes to our Spotify playlist.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
• 2+ Years of Paid Search Experience + Certified in Google Ads.
• Digital Agency Experience a Major Plus.
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Looker Studio
• Must have experience setting up GTM tracking & Google Analytics Reporting.
• Excellent written English and proven ability to work with numbers.
• Comfortable with technical work, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Highly organised with the ability to work independently, and with a team.
• Enjoys managing client relationships and keeping clients satisfied.
• Detail-orientated, the type of person who dots the i's and crosses the t's.
