Pizza Chef

4-star Salthill Hotel is looking for a creative  Full Time Pizza Chef to join the team in our busy kitchen. If you are passionate about food, high energy and strive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this is the right job for you!

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious chef who is looking to learn and develop their skills and food knowledge in a busy kitchen.

This role will involve mainly evenings & weekend work. Fluent English is essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Full knowledge of HACCP with a valid HACCP certificate
• Strong team player
• Permission to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
• Good knowledge of English

What You Need?

• Previous experience working as a pizza chef
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Approachable with excellent people skills.
• High level of initiative.
• Ability to multitask.
