Job Description

Due to increased workload and securing of new clients, Turner & Townsend has a new opportunity for a Consultant providing Procurement and Advisory Services in Ireland.  

Procurement for major capital projects and programmes includes:- 

• Support the development procurement and contracting strategies to drive value and mitigate risk; 

• Support the development tender and contract documentation, and 

• Effectively managing the end-to-end procurement process including coordinating tender clarifications responses, evaluating tender submissions, and developing tender reports. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

The duties of this role include:  

• Providing procurement support to public and private sector clients;  

• Drafting tender documents (PQQ, ITT/ITN); 

• Administering the tender process including co-ordinating meetings and clarification responses; and 

• Supporting the senior team members in end-to-end management of the procurement process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ relevant experience in a complex procurement environment and a proven track record of conducting procurement activities in rail projects or projects of a similar scale / complexity. 

• Preferably possess degree related to engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement and/or be MCIPS.
