Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are seeking a Recruitment Trainer to join our rapidly growing team. This position is predominately based in Dublin however you will occasionally need to travel nationwide.

Salary: €50 - €70k + pension plan, Health Insurance, and more .

As we continuously innovate and strive for excellence, we are excited to announce the on-boarding of a new state-of-the-are Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The recruitment trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our staff across the country. This role involves creating training materials, conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure all employees are proficient in using the new (CRM) system.

Key responsibilities of this Recruitment Trainer :

• Design and develop training materials, including manuals e-learning, modules and interactive workshops tailored to various learning styles and needs
• Conduct training sessions (both virtually and in person) to educate staff on the new systems functionality, best practices and new features
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to staff on the new systems functionality, best practices and new features
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to staff post-training to ensure continued proficiency and confidence
• Work closely with the IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of the new systems.

Who you are as a Recruitment Trainer :

• Minimum 3 year's experience in training within a recruitment or sales environment
• Proven experience with Customer Management Systems (CRM) systems is highly desirable
• Ability to learn and adapt new systems and software
• Demonstrated ability to developing engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms is preferred
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required
• Adaptability to work with various teams and departments
