Senior Business Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead Client meetings, negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence in existing markets and penetrate new territories.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to tailor recruitment solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the business development team to enhance performance and results.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

 

Year 1 OTE €70,000 (Base + Commission)
