Description

UKG is looking for a Senior recruiter in Ireland to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, both early career and professional talent, by building strong relationships with human resource partners, hiring managers, candidates, and senior leadership alike. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, pipelining, interviewing, and managing candidates through offer negotiation process). This role can be remote but travel to our offices (Dublin and Kilkenny) or careers event in Ireland is mandatory. • Act as talent advisor to Hiring Managers by developing and driving recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market; providing market intelligence and data-driven insights to support the strategy
• Implement effective sourcing strategies including internet sourcing, college events, social networking, and employee referrals
• Champion and ensure a superior hiring manager and candidate experience through setting proper expectations, and delivering strong communication and feedback
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates, aligning with UKG’s D&I goals
• Build and maintain relationships with targeted universities (faculty, professors & organizations) and build an effective recruiting strategy through career fairs, virtual and on campus events

• Proven recruiting experience (both professional & early careers) in a fast-paced environment

• Proven recruiting experience (both professional & early careers) in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated prior experience recruiting for a wide variety of skills and positions from early career through Senior Leadership, preferably within a hi-tech environment
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Cyber security roles would be beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, competency-based interviewing, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience talent advising through the research and presentation of data to influence hiring decisions
• Willingness to travel to the office in Kilkenny and Dublin and to surrounding universities #LI-GT1
