Job Description - Senior Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales efforts in multiple sectors across education, healthcare, corporate and community initiatives. This successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by building, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team and developing strategies to penetrate these markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of market penetration strategies and success, ideally in the educational and healthcare sector but not necessary. The ideal candidate is a sales leader who can bring innovative technology solutions to a diverse range of clients and create lasting impact in the lives of neurodivergent individuals. 

Responsibilities

As they consolidate in Ireland and the UK market, this role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to position this company as the #1 support tool for the Neurodiverse community. This role includes:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing initially on market penetration in the educational, industrial, and healthcare sectors

  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and driving, improving successful performances.
  • Budget management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Analyse market trends and provide feedback to the product development team to tailor solutions to each sector.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the wider executive team on sales performance, forecasting and market insights.

Qualifications

This is a senior leadership role within our organisation and candidates need to have a proven track record in sales and rapid growth organisations. This candidate should have:

  • Minimum Honours Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of successfully penetrating diverse markets, including education, employers, and healthcare.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on the well-being of neurodivergent individuals through technology solutions.
