Test Developer - watsonx Orchestrate

We are proud of the state-of-the-art, scalable, and performant infrastructure we have built, and we are now significantly expanding our team! Your Role and Responsibilities

This position is for a test engineer in IBM watsonx Orchestrate’s machine learning end to end automation & test team. Your responsibilities will include the development and execution of test plans. We are looking for an experienced engineer with a background in end-to-end testing in a SaaS environment, preferably with experience writing bash and python scripts for automation purposes. You will work closely with other members of the test and development teams. Above all, we are looking for team members with a keen sense of ownership, resilience, and drive. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on testing web applications or AI-based systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
• Experience with testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and the ability to write and execute bash scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with deployment and troubleshooting micro services on Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with various cloud service providers (IBM Cloud, AWS, etc.).
