HR intern position available (2 - 3 months)
Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is recruiting a HR intern (unpaid position) to join our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects across the HR function. If you are someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere and has excellent attention-to-detail, and wants to gain invaluable HR experience, then this may be the perfect job for you.
Job Purpose
This role's primary function will be to work as part of a team with the day-to-day HR function of the Resort. Focusing on compliance, up-to-date legislative matters including employment law, policies and procedures and employment terms and conditions and providing a comprehensive administration service.
Key Responsibilities
This role deals with a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Updating employee records
Screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Issuing contracts, job offer letters, confirmation of employment letters.
Assisting with the payroll and amendments
Updating & refreshing the recruitment platforms
Following all HR policies and procedures.
Updating training and organising courses
All other admin duties as required.
To be an ideal candidate for the human resources intern position, you should also hold an HR-related Diploma / degree and have some experience in the Hospitality industry.
