Job Summary
As a QA Undergrad at Eli Lilly Kinsale, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting quality assurance activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and contribute to ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.
Job Responsibilities
* Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
* Contribute to the maintenance of quality management system (QMS) documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to resolve quality-related issues.
* Perform data entry and analysis to support quality metrics and reporting.
* Assist in the preparation of quality-related presentations and training materials.
* Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).
* Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical industry and quality assurance principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment (academic or professional) is a plus.
