IT intern 2027

Applications are invited for the fixed term position of an IT Intern role.  The position provides first-hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of PepsiCo’s exciting business, working across global IT teams, with exposure to best-in-class technology, applications and systems.

Intern roles include: – Application support/development, Infrastructure and Network support, Cybersecurity,  End user services and support.

• Participate in troubleshooting IT issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain IT equipment and PepsiCo employee inventory databases
• Support IT Teams with reporting and analysis for Weekly/ Monthly reviews.  
• Support IT projects being rollout across the PepsiCo Cork Campus. 
• Attend and participate in IT Team meetings.
• Working with local and remote teams
• Support PepsiCo’s TY work experience program.

IT Applications/Systems supported by PepsiCo Cork IT include but aren’t limited to: Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP Software Solutions, Power BI.  

The positions will also involve collaborating with IT Global PepsiCo Teams located across several countries.

• Student currently studying BIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or another related field.
• Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and other Microsoft Applications.
• Open to working on activities where attention to detail is important.  
• Communicating messages effectively within your team and other colleagues.
• Capacity to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner.
• Bring ideas and creativity and make suggestions.
• Comfortable working with teams including remote teams.
