Role: Credit Controller

Location: Dublin 22

Ongoing Temporary Contract

25 + hours per week – flexible times – 3 days / 5 mornings. 

Salary guideline €40k – €45k pro rata

Role Requirements: 

• Oversee the debtors ledger – 600+ 
• Collection practices by phone and email.
• Resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
• Escalate queries if necessary
• Support manager in credit reviews.
• Monthly reports / reviews on collections.
• Manage Cash Flow reports.
• Allocations to accounts system and reconcile to bank.

Candidate Requirements: 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control.
• Experience of dealing with a large customer base. 
• Proficient in excel and word.
• Sage knowledge is an advantage
• Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
