Finance Manager, Part-Time, Flex Hybrid

Working in an Irish SME, this role reports directly to the CEO and Board, serving as a key member of the Management Team, offering proactive support to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial meetings
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
• adept at implementing financial strategies
• Oversee internal controls
• Set financial targets
• monitor expenditure/cash flow
• prepare management accounts
• liaise with auditors and tax accountants
• handle VAT/payroll returns, manage payroll

The person:

• Qualified accountant (min. 5 years’ experience), skilled in financial strategies, monthly reporting, expenditure monitoring
• Key attributes: Analytical, negotiation, commercial acumen, communication, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, self-starting, influential
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Offers hybrid/flexible work arrangements (20-25 hours per week).
• One day a week to travel to office in Dublin West.
