Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and driven Accountant to join our team at Hilton in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Review and reconcile accounts - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards - Participate in financial audits - Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes - Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA or ACCA certification preferred - 4+ years of experience in accounting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in accounting software and MS Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion and planning skills
