Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description: Salesforce Ireland is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Waterford, Munster. This is a part-time position that offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient payment processing

Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Driven and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills
