Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Wix.com in Galway, Connacht, IE. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely - Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies - Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor relationships - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and approval - Assist with month-end closing processes - Support the Accounts Payable team with ad-hoc projects as needed - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Negotiation skills and project management experience are a plus
