Accounts Payable

Job Description:

GirlCrew is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an entry-level Accounts Payable role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist in month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure invoice approval and payment processing timelines are met - Provide support for internal and external audit requests - Assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field preferred - Resourceful and driven individual who seeks out solutions to problems - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
