Job Description:
ActionPoint is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and dedicated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and issues
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
