Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Zutec in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies - Timely and accurate processing of payments - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Assist with month-end close processes - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities - Driven to succeed and meet deadlines
