Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description: TikTok Dublin is seeking a confident and reliable Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in a part-time work from home position. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Communicate with vendors to ensure timely payment and address any issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate coding of expenses - Assist in ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve - Excellent negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Soft Skills: - Critical thinking skills for problem-solving in complex financial situations - Negotiation skills for effectively managing vendor relationships
