Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Facebook Ireland in Cork. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong decision-making and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from clients and customers - Reconcile accounts receivable records and follow up on overdue payments - Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments - Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing - Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred - Resilient and dedicated work ethic - Ability to make sound decisions and persuade others when necessary
