Remote Accounts Receivable

HubSpot Dublin is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable roles.

As a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing the accounts receivable process remotely - Generating and sending out invoices - Following up on outstanding payments - Reconciling customer accounts - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any billing issues - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Maintaining accurate records of all transactions - Assisting with month-end closing processes

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and hardworking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be comfortable working independently and have excellent communication skills.
