Job Description:
Dell Ireland is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions of the organization.
Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Follow up on outstanding accounts and make collection calls as necessary - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer billing issues - Provide support for audits and compliance reviews
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
