Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare aging reports and provide updates to management - Assist with month-end close activities - Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing issues and disputes - Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions - Assist with internal and external audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Motivated and resourceful individual - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Soft skills in negotiation and strategic planning - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment
