Accounts Receivable

Job Description: WebDoctor is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Cork, IE. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions and ensuring timely payment from clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments from clients - Prepare and send out invoices to clients - Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collections actions when necessary - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end close activities

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
