Job Description:

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a reliable and adaptable Remote Accounts Receivable to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. As a Remote Accounts Receivable, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate invoices and send to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and maintain communication with clients - Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial processes
