Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description: Aylien is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. The successful candidate will be passionate and energetic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Generate financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts - Communicate with customers regarding payment status and any outstanding balances - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing - Assist with month-end closing processes as necessary - Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Detail-oriented and organized - Experience with remote work preferred
