Online Accountant

Job Description:

TikTok Dublin is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis in Dublin, Ireland. As an Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our online accounting records.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all financial transactions on our online platforms, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. 2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our online accounting records. 3. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. 4. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and analysis. 5. Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and relevant regulations. 6. Work closely with our external auditors during annual audits. 7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. 8. Help identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 9. Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times. 10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2. 1 year of experience in online accounting or related field. 3. Proficiency in online accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 7. Innovative and able to think outside the box. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
