Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Cork, IE. As a part-time member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all online accounts payable processes for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and monitor all online payments to vendors and suppliers. 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. 3. Review and verify invoices and ensure accuracy. 4. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries. 5. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 6. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. 7. Experience with online payment systems is a plus.
