Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: Kerry Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable. This position requires someone who is driven, adaptable, and possesses strong decision-making and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online accounts payable process for the company - Review invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents for accuracy - Process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
