Online Accounts Payable

Qualtrics Ireland is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable associate in our Galway office. This part-time position is ideal for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and is looking to further their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts payable process for online vendors, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies - Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments - Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to succeed - Excellent people management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
