Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


As an Administrative Coordinator at Smurfit Kappa Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company while working remotely. This part-time position requires a high level of organization, communication, and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence - Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects - Maintain electronic and paper filing systems - Monitor and manage office supplies inventory - Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting - Provide general support to senior executives and other team members as needed - Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
